For ensuring quality of material the plant is well equipped with the most modern and latest testing equipment with a separate quality control laboratory for all chemical, metallurgical as well as physical testing requirements including TwoNos of Spectro-Photometer, Electro Analyzers and micro structure testing facility for quick and accurate analysis and a full fledged R&D unit.
We strengthened our resolve with implementation of Quality Management System as per ISO 9001- 2015, which has been subjected to continuous improvement on an ongoing basis.
We put enormous emphasis on operator training and proactive interaction by our quality technicians and personnel on the shop floor. Our quality initiatives focus on prevention rather than correction. We employ team-based problem solving techniques to support our commitment to continuous improvement. A complete laboratory supports our manufacturing process and Customer certification requirements.
